9406 Heavy-Duty Spacer Fabric Structured Spacer Fabric for Tactical Vests and Outdoor Gear
9406 is a heavy-duty 3D spacer mesh fabric designed for tactical vests, outdoor equipment, protective gear, and load-bearing accessories. Made from 100% polyester, this fabric combines a breathable 3D mesh structure with a raised ribbed surface, helping improve airflow, cushioning, and wearing comfort in demanding applications.
With an approximate 4mm thickness and 425gsm weight, 9406 provides a more substantial structure than standard apparel mesh. The internal spacer layer creates ventilation channels through the fabric, while the three-dimensional ribbed surface helps reduce full-surface contact and improves air movement across the plane of the material. This makes it suitable for gear areas that stay close to the body, such as vest panels, backpack backs, shoulder straps, waist belts, and protective padding.
Its 2.20m width also gives factories more flexibility for cutting large equipment panels and reducing material waste during production.

High Tenacity Yarn（Optional）: Tensile strength can withstand a test standard of more than 1400N. Its tear strength reaches more than 50N, and its abrasion resistance test can exceed 60,000 revolutions. Even when equipped with heavy ballistic plates, the structure remains completely intact.
