W403 is a 100% polyester spacer mesh developed for wheelchair seats, backrests, and support products. And its open mesh face and three-dimensional construction create a cushioned feel while allowing air to move through the fabric.

Applications
W403 is suited to wheelchair seat cushions, backrests, and back support pads. And its flexible mesh structure can be cut and sewn for different upholstery designs. The fabric can also be considered for other support products after evaluation in the intended construction.
Testing Capabilities
W403 can meet the requirements of ISO 10993-5 for in vitro cytotoxicity and EN 1021-1 / EN 1021-2 for upholstered seating ignitability. For EN 1021 testing, the cover fabric and filling are assessed as a material combination. Please share your target test method and product construction so the appropriate sample can be prepared.
