Hi everyone! Following a busy start to the year in Frankfurt and Istanbul, the Zhengfangyi team is packing our bags once again for the heart of Europe.
From March 18th to 19th, 2026, we will be showcasing our latest innovations at PERFORMANCE DAYS in Munich. This is our third global stop this year, and you can find us at Booth X17. Earlier this year, we focused on the durability and aesthetics of upholstery fabrics. Now, Zhengfangyi is completing a deep technical transition： we are extending our decades of precision warp-knitting expertise into the demanding world of outdoor and athletic performance fabrics.

The Tech: Utilizing industry-leading Octa® 8-point hollow fibers. This unique cross-section, combined with a hollow core, makes the fiber 50% lighter than standard fibers while maintaining high loft.
The Advantage: Designed for high-intensity outdoor sports. It acts as an “air barrier” for superior insulation and is incredibly fast-drying. For brands chasing the limits of lightweight “Active Insulation,” this is the ultimate choice.
The Tech: An active thermoregulation fabric. We have embedded specialized light-absorbing materials into the fibers that capture external light energy and convert it into heat.
The Advantage: This fabric breaks the myth that “warmth requires weight.” By locking still air within the 3D spacer structure and utilizing active heating technology, it keeps the wearer agile and warm in freezing conditions—perfect for premium skiwear and winter warm clothing.
The Tech: Engineered with a precise physical structure that creates a true One-Way Moisture Transfer effect. The inner layer is hydrophobic, while the outer is hydrophilic.
The Advantage: For competitive sports, it captures sweat instantly and “pumps” it to the outer layer while preventing external moisture from seeping back. Even under heavy exertion, the side against the skin stays remarkably dry, eliminating the risk of chill and discomfort.
The Tech: High-tenacity, polyester warp-knitting designed for maximum tear resistance and structural integrity.
The Advantage: Engineered for extreme abrasion. It is specifically designed for tactical training vests and load-bearing gear. It provides incredible support and maintains its shape over time while offering maximum breathability—a reliable partner for professional training and tactical environments.

We are very confident that flying to Germany to exhibit and share our manufacturing logic. The Zhengfangyi facility is fully equipped with German Karl Mayer warp-knitting machines.
