S015 is a lightweight, breathable aero spacer mesh fabric designed especially for modern sportswear. With a composition of 30% polyester and 70% nylon and a weight of 120gsm, it offers the ideal balance of softness, strength and recovery for garments that need to move with the body. The standard width of 1.5 m makes it easy to cut and highly efficient for bulk production.
This fabric is an excellent lining material for sports vests and active tops, providing airy cushioning and structure while replacing traditional polyester wadding. Unlike conventional padding that can become heavy, lumpy or deformed after washing, S015 maintains a smooth, stable shape and dries quickly, helping garments stay light and comfortable during intense workouts.
S015 is also suitable for sports bra cups and inner support panels as a more eco-friendly alternative to foam sponge. The open mesh construction improves ventilation, reduces moisture build-up and helps regulate temperature, giving end-users a cooler, fresher wearing experience.
